The Owen County Learning Network was created in December of 2000 by the Owen County Community Foundation through a CAPE grant (Community Alliance to Promote Education) received from the Lilly Endowment. OCLN is now incorporated and has been granted 501(c)(3) status as a not-for-profit entity.
OCLN, Inc. is utilizing the experience, success, community connections and volunteer support to continue enriching the lives of Owen County residents.
Additional funding is being sought through grants and private foundations. Community wide support is being sought through fundraising. We invite everyone to participate in making a difference for Owen County residents by volunteering their time and/or with tax-deductible donations.
