The Owen County Learning Network (OCLN) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization serving the educational needs of Owen County families. The Network provides reading books to pre-kindergarten children, child-development resources to parents, home visits to families by qualified parent educators, and GED test-preparation classes.
